How to order

Place your order at the designated order point in store. All orders must be placed at least 48 hours before collection.

Order for Thanksgiving by 4pm on November 27. Thanksgiving pickup available 19 - 29 November 2020. Order for Christmas by 4pm on December 22. Pickup available 19 - 24 December 2020. Order for New Year by 4pm on December 30. Pickup available 30 December 2020 - 1 January 2021.

  1. Browse our festive food guide and decide which products you would like to pre-order, then complete the order form (found at the back of our food guide). All order forms must be dropped in at your selected store for processing. You can either pick up a brochure in any of our stores or print a PDF version using the below link.
  2. Choose your collection date and preferred 1 hour time slot. If your preferred time isn’t available, we will find you the next best slot.
  3. Find your nearest Whole Foods Market store and go to the designated order drop point to hand over your order form. You will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours via email once your order form has been processed. please keep your confirmation record handy.
  4. Collect your order at the confirmed date and time and pay for your purchase on the day of collection. You many amend or cancel any order in full 48 hours before collection. Cooking and reheating instructions are included with your order.

Terms and Conditions 1. Ordering service only available in stores 2. Orders must be placed before the deadlines as stated above in order to be fulfilled 3. Orders must be collected from the store in which the order is placed 4. Orders must be collected during the collection slot confirmed via email 5. Orders must be paid for in full prior to home delivery 6. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Orders may be amended or cancelled in full 48 hours before collection 7. Servings are suggested only 8. Weights for meat, fish and poultry are within the specific range on the order form 9. The final price charged for weighted items will be based on the actual weight of the item you receive and calculated according to the price per kilogramme. 10. Prices are correct at time of going to print and are subject to change 11. Alcohol will be sold to over-18s only 12. We are unable to hand over an order delivery including alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. ID will be required at point of delivery or collection if your order includes alcohol. 13.Our processing of personal data in connection with the administration and fulfillment of orders (a “Whole Foods Service”) is subject to our Privacy Notice. 14. For delivery queries, contact your collection store. 15. All items are sold cold and will require cooking or reheating. 16.. All orders are subject to our acceptance and your sending of a completed order form to us does not constitute acceptance by us. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or reject the order without liability to you.
