A delicate, modern cocktail that showcases premium DREAMSAKE Daiginjo no.1 sake layered with ripe peach, subtle botanicals and a whisper of dry sherry for balance and depth.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml DREAMSAKE Daiginjo No.1

  • 20 ml Rinquinquin Aperitif or Peach Liqueur

  • 10 ml Fino Sherry

  • Optional 2D Orange Bitters

  • Stir with ice and serve in a martini-style glass.

Method

  1. Combine DREAMSAKE Daiginjo No.1, Rinquinquin Aperitif (or Peach Liqueur), Fino Sherry and optional orange bitters in a mixing glass filled with ice.

  2. Stir gently for 20–30 seconds until well chilled and properly diluted.

  3. Strain into a chilled martini-style glass.

  4. Garnish with a thin slice of fresh peach or an expressed orange peel.

  5. Serve straight up and enjoy.
